About The Trainer
Hi, I'm Christy. I have been training dogs for 12 years. I specialize in Basic Obedience, Advanced Obedience, anxiety/aggression, reactivity, Behavior Modification and psychiatric service dog training. I went to Animal Behavior College For 1 year, was mentored for 6 months by a professional dog trainer, trained at Great Plains SPCA and I was a dog trainer at Petco for a year but I am not affiliated with Petco. I was dog trainer certified through ABC (Animal Behavior College), Pet CPR Certified through ABC, Evaluator certified through AKC (American Kennel Club). I love what I do. I have been an animal lover my whole life and have owned pets since I was 3. I'm 35 now. I get so much joy from working with my clients and their dogs. It's a blast. I started my own dog training business last fall. I desire not to be the best in the world, but the best that I can be, for both, my clients and their dogs and will do my best to help you create a lasting bond with your dog and help mold your dog into a better living companion. If you have any questions on any of the sessions, don't hesitate to contact me. I have group sessions, Private sessions, behavior modification and training videos available to purchase both online and in person. Videos are only accessible through my site. You may purchase a 6 week course but you have to purchase the videos individually by session. I also do any AKC Citizens Training and testing.

Proper training is an essential part of good and responsible animal care. As a professional Dog Trainer for 12 years, I’ve worked with all sorts of different dogs and their owners. All my animal training services are designed to give your pet the individual attention and care they need.

Basic Obedience 6 week course $250
During the 6 week course we work on a lit of basics, impulse control, behavior modification (which is any behavior that you find problematic you'd like to fix). Note that it takes time to see results. Dog Training is not a quick fix. Basic Obedience will be held at parks or at Bass Pro in Olathe, KS
Psychiatric Service Dog Training
Psychiatric service dog training will cover a lit of tasks to help with depression, anxiety, PTSD and bipolar disorder. It is $800 for a 6 week course.
Virtual Training (AKA FaceTime by either whatsapp or zoom) $40 per session
My virtual training would be a good fit for anyone that would like to remain in the comfort of their home. It's also a great fit if you're interested in my training but do not reside in Kansas area. I will train anyone from anywhere in US, as far as New York, California, Chicago anyone. Note that if you're on eastern time, I'm on central. This is a great option for people with reactive dogs.
Behavior Consulting in person is $40 per session
If your animal needs help with a specific physical or behavioral issue, Behavior Consulting with Faith Dog Training may be a great option for you. Sessions can be done at a place of your choosing, with personalized plans to fit your pet’s needs and your lifestyle.
Canine Good Citizens $300 6 week course, test included
This is a good option for those wanting there dogs to be therapy or psychiatric service dogs.
AKC Puppy S.T.A.R $300 for 6 week course, test included
Ideal for getting your puppy prepared to be a therapy or service dog. It ensures that your puppy is able to follow commands no matter where it is. Distance, Distraction and Duration, your pup will have this down with consistent training.
Anxiety/Aggression $550 for a 6 week course
I do train anxiety and aggression, but I do turn away dogs with a bite history. If your dog has bitten people or other dogs, then I recommend a behavioral specialist. I will train anxiety or aggression that is mild to moderate
Advanced Obedience $250 6 week course
For Advanced, we start working on long leash, adding Distance, Distraction and Duration to all cues your pup has already learned during basic obedience. We eventually will work our way up to being off leash.
